The Co-op Management Committee

In addition to the full time staff and numerous contractors, the Co-operative is managed by the Management Committee which can have up to 15 members.

The Committee Members are comprised of residents of the Estate, and serve a yearly term.

They can continue to serve from year to year if they wish, and any resident, a named tenant or resident leaseholder, may ask to be on the committee if a space is available.

Residents who are not named tenants may be co-opted to the Committee if, for example, the tenancy is in their partner's name but they wish to join the committee, and they themselves are resident on the estate.

Non resident leaseholders and their tenants may not serve on the Committee.

The Committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting of the Co-Operative.

Management Committee members hold regular meetings to discuss reports, requests and the needs of the Estate, guided by the Manager, Chris Laytham.

There are currently two Co-Chairs of the Management Committee.

Minutes of Management Committee meetings can be found on this site (see below), and are posted after every meeting and sent to Wandsworth Borough Council as well.
